Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the Radio NowPlaying API and its dashboard. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Purpose
Radio NowPlaying API provides, through a programming interface, metadata about content broadcast by radio stations (artist, title, cover art, timestamps). The service does not broadcast, host or retransmit any audio content.
2. Account and API keys
Access requires a verified account. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for the calls made with them. If a key leaks, revoke or rotate it from your dashboard.
3. Quotas and acceptable use
Each plan has limits (requests per day and per second). You may not circumvent these limits, resell raw API access, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Provided data
Metadata comes from public sources and is provided "as is". Trademarks, station names and cover art remain the property of their owners; you are responsible for respecting their rights in your use.
5. Availability
We make our best efforts to keep the service available, without guarantee unless a specific contractual commitment applies (custom plans). Service status is available on the Status page.
6. Pricing and termination
Paid plans are billed for the stated period. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts paid during the last twelve months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's registered office.
